Note from the League Administrator:
Hockey North America takes a very hard line on any violation by individual players, captains, or teams that jeopardize Hockey North America's ability to conduct ongoing business with any and all rinks. The League Office has and will deal with teams and individuals in the harshest and swiftest terms possible should you and your team be even implicated in further provocative activity that jeopardizes the season for ALL HNA-NJ teams in the rinks in New Jersey.
It is considered an irrevocable death sentence for your team, and individual players. The season will end automatically for the team, and ALL team players will be banned from further participation in ANY HNA event or season in ANY HNA City. There will be no appeals for any registered team player. The entire team, innocent or involved will be banned.
Over the years, many teams have celebrated championships, special occasions, or the coming holidays. For the most part it has been overlooked by rink and league management. This year a team has been caught on numerous occasions in several HNA-NJ rink locations violating rink and league alcohol policy. Prior to this year that team has more or less "cleaned up after itself" that has not been true this year, and now that team has jeopardized our relationship with a brand new facility. While you are adults, you must abide by certain rink and league policies. If you must celebrate, do so at your OWN risk off of rink property not at the jeopardy of Hockey North America, or your fellow HNA-NJ teams. |
